The staff were friendly and supportive , helping me with my luggage whenever I arrived or left. Their genuine kindness.

Walls are a bit thin heard people everywhere. Also could hear people's conversations thru the vents in the bathroom.

Desk understaffed. Had to ask for soap--one teeny bar is not enough..Kleenex supply very low--no back up. It seemed a little tired overall and we generally seek out Hampton Inn when traveling.

This hotel is fantastic for families, especially with the kids. We loved how close it was to great hiking paths. The breakfast options were a hit with the kids, especially the make-your-own waffles!

My kids wished there were more activities at the hotel itself, like a kids' club or organized games.

Efficient and professional check in and check out. Clean throughout common areas. Room very clean, plenty of towels, beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious enough and good water pressure. Definitely stay again and recommend it for other travelers.

My son wanted to stay one more night, but we had plans to visit relatives in the Boston area.

We had No hot water for most of our stay. There were unsupervised children running around while parents utilized a conference room in the lobby area and also took over most of the downstairs area. Staff didn't seem too aware of what was going on though it was right in front of them.

Room had a microwave, refrigerator, and tv. It felt clean and comfy. The fitness center was well-equipped. Breakfast included a variety of options like fresh fruit and pastries. The bathroom was spacious with free toiletries and a hairdryer available. Staff brought cookies at check-in, a nice touch.

It was quiet, comfortable, clean and everything worked. The food and staff were excellent, wois definitely stay there again.

I did not like your pillows they were so flat that it made it hard to sleep . The room was dirty the back board of the bed was dirty as was the carpet . The referagoter was not quiet at all that also made it hard to sleep , I did not have a good night sleep , Someone tryed to come in to our hotel room that scared the crap out of me .

The location was excellent for exploring the local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, offering a good variety to start the day. I did notice some areas needing improvement, particularly with the aging facilities.

The staff greeted me warmly, and the breakfast selections were satisfying. The pool had maintenance issues , a letdown. A pleasant experience close to local attractions.

The breakfast. Very much a fast food, disposable style breakfast. Might suit Americans but international travelers, expect better. So much waste in the form of packets and disposable stuff. The breakfast really let this hotel down.
